Refund and Return Policy

Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

By registering for any Team Academy course or certification service and making a full or partial payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Certification Services

All payments made for certification-related services are strictly non-refundable.

2. Classroom & Live Online Training

Participants may request a refund before the official course start date, provided they have not completed their enrollment and have not been granted access to the Learning Management System (LMS).

All approved refunds are subject to:

  • Review and approval by Team Academy.
  • A 30% administrative fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

To help participants make an informed decision, Team Academy offers a free demo class before enrollment. We encourage all prospective learners to attend a free demo class before completing their enrollment.

No Refund After Enrollment

Once enrollment has been completed or access to the Learning Management System (LMS) has been granted, no refund will be provided.

3. Course Cancellation by Team Academy

Team Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances.

If Team Academy cancels a course and is unable to provide an alternative schedule acceptable to the participant, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the payment.

Course Postponement Policy

Participant Request

Participants may request to postpone their training at least 5 working days before the scheduled course start date.

Requests received less than 5 working days before the course start date may not be approved.

Team Academy Rescheduling

If Team Academy postpones a course and a replacement schedule is not available within 30 days of the original course date, participants may choose either:

  • A full refund, or
  • Enrollment in the next available batch.

Refund Procedure

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@teamacademy.net.
  • Refund requests are subject to review and approval by Team Academy.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the payment.
  • The applicable 30% administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Important Notes

  • Certification services are strictly non-refundable.
  • Refund requests are accepted only before the course starts and before enrollment is completed or LMS access has been granted, subject to review and approval.
  • Once enrollment has been completed or LMS access has been granted, no refund will be provided.
  • Participants are encouraged to attend a free demo class before enrolling.
